-- Initial 30 minute video call to gain an understanding of your lifestyle and give insight about caring for yourself and your baby in the postpartum period -- 1 hour “Game Plan” call to strategize your preparation for after your baby has come earthside -- 4 accountability calls lasting around 15 minutes to answer any questions you may have and to make sure you stay on track and make your postpartum as peaceful and stress free as possible
